System 03 · AI automation & follow-up
The reply goes out while you're still on the job.
An AI assistant answers new inquiries by text and email in seconds, any hour. It asks your questions, offers times from your calendar, books the appointment and tells you about it. When a question needs a human, it hands it to you with the whole conversation.

Why speed matters
The first reply usually wins.
In a widely cited Harvard Business Review study, firms that responded to online leads within an hour were nearly seven times more likely to qualify the lead than firms that waited longer. Most small businesses can't staff that. A system can.

What it does
Your best front-desk habits, on every lead.
Form fills, ad leads and website chats get a personal reply in seconds, using the customer's name and question.
Goal, scope, timing, location. Whatever you need before you'd book them, saved to the lead.
Offers open slots from your calendar, books the one they pick and sends reminders.
Pricing exceptions, complaints, anything off-script. It tells the customer a person will reply, and alerts you.
Useful follow-ups for people who are still researching, on a schedule you approve. No daily spam.
A well-timed check-in for past customers, and a simple review request after a good result.
Guardrails
It only says what you've approved.
You sign off on the scripts, questions, offers and hours. Every conversation is visible to you.
We write down how you handle a good lead today, question by question.
Replies, questions and handoff rules in your voice. You approve every line.
Forms, ad lead forms, calendar and notifications, all wired together.
We play the customer on every path before real leads touch it.
Questions
What owners ask first.
Can a dental or health clinic use AI follow-up?
Yes, for scheduling and logistics: confirming the type of appointment, offering times, reminders and recalls. It should not ask for or discuss clinical details over text or chat, and the tools need to suit Ontario's health privacy rules (PHIPA). We set it up that way.
Will the AI pretend to be a person?
No. It identifies as your business's assistant, uses wording you approve, and hands the conversation to a person whenever a question goes beyond what you've approved.
What if it says something wrong?
It only works from your approved scripts, questions and offers. It never invents prices or promises, and every conversation is visible to you.
Is automated follow-up allowed under Canada's anti-spam law?
Replying to someone who contacted you is generally fine, and an inquiry creates implied consent for a limited time. We set up identification and unsubscribe options in every message. This isn't legal advice.
Which tools does it work with?
Website forms, Meta lead forms, email and text, plus your calendar. We connect what you already use where possible.
